Hi, Jana

Nightlight is in need of a bit of attention, that is true.

The truth is I’m lacking time to work on new things – I’m currently working three jobs, and I’m a bit over a month away from getting married. I do my best, but sometimes I’m very slack.

Additionally, the site itself has gotten away from me a bit. I seem to have forgotten how to design or maintain it properly. It’ll have to continue on the current template for now.

Yes, further parts will be coming. It’s a ten part series. Part 2 has been fully recorded, it’s just a matter of finding the time to make it. Hopefully before the end of the month, but I’ll see how I go.

Love all the Podcasts

been churning through them credit to all you guys without knowning you guys were australian like me i thought to my self near the end of beneath there was a hint of australian accent from carl before the deczador/KONG relationship that was a funny moment Stanley does a great Job with Number 2 and his other characters Justin did quite well i must say would have been interesting to see a few of the other monkey island main stays though like elaine/voodoo lady etc Only just realized bout the new podcast and your site would be cool to get your material on tierra or a copy of the book if it is in text/pdf am making my way through on stranger tides at the moment then comparing it to monkey island

The podcast must be recent though as your itunes links work but not shown when i looked under nightlight though

You’ve finished nanowrimo twice now, Michelle. I’m lucky my birthday is in November, otherwise I’d be tempted to put that on my list.

I feel like before I moved to Melbourne, I’ve massively wasted my life. Moving down here was the luckiest stupid thing I’ve ever done.

Re: number eight (that’s the eighth item on your list, silly, not yourself!) – at least you HAVE a completed book to publish. I think number one on my bucket list would be “write a book” followed by “publish a book” at number two. Hmm…now I’ve written the first two items on the list, I may as well write the rest…

I’ve never done number one on your list either. Or number four. And I’m definitely not number two. And number three would actually kill me.

Turning thirty was a massive crisis for me, too, so I know how you feel. Don’t be too hard on yourself if you can’t do all these things in eight months. That’s a lot of things to do!

It’s good that you guys have done things on my list. That’s the entire point of it being ‘my list’ though, it’s things that I want to do in the next eight months.

Some of them, like 1 and 9, I imagine are fairly easy if I just decide to go and do them.

What about you guys? Do you have lists of your own? Will, you’re 30 yourself in January, correct?

Well, let’s see. I’ve done 1, 4, and 9. I couldn’t do stand up to save my life. No really, if some dude with a large gun told me I had to do stand up and threatened me with death if I performed a bad set, I think I would die within the first few seconds. I’ve tried to be healthy, it lasts for around 1 month then back to slobbing about. If I try to run a marathon now, I’m afraid I’d be left on the side of the road suffering a heart attack since my health insurance doesn’t cover that. As for 5, well that’s a you thing. And 6, I’d totally like to an extra in something, just once. Number 8, well considering I murder the English language quite frequently, I don’t think I’d stand any chance of doing that.

Still working out the bugs a bit, and experimenting with different Wordpress plugins.

The new podcast function seems to lack a direct Download option.

But… I do so love this show, gonna listen the hell out of it as you repost it.

As a suggestion, you should release Lost Cause Episode 1 next, then Beneath Monkey Island Episode 1, then put up Terra #2. So… its like an anthology series! Throw in some Howards randomly as we go!
